Duplicating Workflows
When you need to make changes to an active workflow, it's smart to keep it safe. The best way to do this is by making a duplicate before you start editing. This approach ensures that your live settings aren't accidentally changed or disrupted.
Here's how you can do it: Go to the Workflow tab and find the workflow you want to edit. Then, click the three dots next to the workflow's name. Choose the Duplicate option from the menu. This will create a copy of your workflow, which you can then freely edit, move nodes around, or update as needed, without affecting the original, live version. As before, set the workflow status to 'Active' to go live into production.
Keep Your Live Workflows Safe
To avoid any impact on live workflows, simply duplicate the one you're editing. Click the three dots beside the workflow name and choose 'duplicate' before making changes.
