Workflow Executions

Viewing Workflow Execution Details

Overview

Accessing Workflow Execution Details allows users to view the detail behind each workflow that has been executed. It allows you to view how each node performed and identify critical data points for each execution. This process helps in understanding the performance and issues of executions within Flomenco. This is particularly helpful if a workflow failed. You can look at a specific workflow execution and see in red the nodes that did not run. Nodes that ran correctly appear as green.

Execution Details View

When you want to check specific details about workflow executions in Flomenco, you can look at the executions list. This shows all workflows in chronological sequence starting the latest workflow that ran at the top of the list. You will see if a workflow succeeded or failed, and can also choose to retry a failed workflow. Clicking on a specific execution gives you a detailed view of that specific execution. This information is helpful for tracking performance and troubleshooting problems.

Check Workflow Settings

Make sure you're using the correct provider credentials and double-check your workflow configurations. If something isn't working, review the connection settings and ensure all nodes are correctly set up and linked.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To find the start time, click on the Executions tab on the dashboard, select the execution you're interested in, and you will see the start time listed in the execution details.

  • After selecting a specific execution under the Executions tab, any errors or issues will be visible within the execution details section with the node that did not work outlined in red.

  • Updating an execution directly in Flomenco isn't possible after it starts. You can edit the workflow and any new executions will run with the new flow.
