Account Setup
Overview
Contact your Flomenco representative to start setting up a new account for yourself or a colleague. Choose whether you need an admin or member account based on the role.
Permission Levels
Flomenco has two main user roles you should know about: admin and member. The role you assign depends on what the user needs to do in the system.
Admins have more control and are usually in charge of the system. They can create workflows, manage users, and see all parts of the project.
Members have limited access and are typically only allowed to view and interact with workflows. They can't make changes to the system settings or manage other users.
Think about the user's role in your project when deciding whether to make them an admin or a member. This ensures everyone has the right access to do their job without having more permissions than they need.
