Workflow Exploration

When you first log into Flomenco, you'll be directed to the workflow page. If you're new and haven't created any workflows yet, this page may be empty. Often, we set up one or two workflows for you as part of the onboarding process. It's a good idea to start by looking at these pre-set workflows. Just click on a workflow to begin.

Once you've opened a workflow, you'll see the workflow canvas. This interface allows you to view and interact with the different parts of your workflow. We encourage you to explore this canvas. Try double-clicking on the nodes to understand their functions. Nodes could be simple if-then statements or other types, depending on your workflow's design.

Provider Setup

Flomenco makes it easy for you to connect different systems to automate your media workflow. Here's how to set up your tools and configure providers with Flomenco.

To start, decide which systems you need to connect. This could involve a range of SaaS products or tools you use daily. You'll need to connect these systems by setting up providers within Flomenco.

Setting up a provider is your next step. This means entering necessary details like API configuration and other credentials. For instance, if you're connecting a spreadsheet from Google Sheets, you'll input your Google credentials. Other systems might require further details like API keys or other configuration information.

You might need help from a technical admin for this step. Some of the configurations can get complex, and it's important to make sure everything is set up correctly from the start. Once a provider is configured, you don't need to worry about setting it up again.
